6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 ¼ cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli 1 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, 1 cup cheese, ham and pepper; set aside. In a 10-in. skillet, sauté broccoli in butter until tender. Place broccoli in bottom of 4 ramekins. Add cheese and egg mixture to cover broccoli. Place in oven for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
