Spring Renewal Ritual
March 17 - March 20, 2016

Spend a weekend away not only physically cleansing, but also learning how food impacts all realms of your life. The intention of this retreat is to give you time to reflect on how your life is currently, identify areas of change, and praise the ways that you are already a Rock Star! You will be in a safe surrounding, with supportive and encouraging individuals on a similar path. During this intentional weekend, you will create healing, gain understanding, and spring forward with a bounce in your step!

We will come together to build community around being healthy inside and out. Our time will be spent enjoying locally fresh-pressed juices in a 3 day juice cleanse, sipping herbal teas, gently moving through yoga sessions and meditations, designing intentional goals for our life and enjoying the coziness of the Kirk House Bed & Breakfast, a highly rated Bed & Breakfast on San Juan Island.

As a Holistic Health Counselor, I will lead nutrition discussions that will leave a lasting impact on your relationship with food and your body. With the objective that you will deeply learn about yourself, the knowledge gained will make your return to "normal" life easy and sustainable!

If you are looking for a getaway to freshen your perspective and manifest acceptance, look no further!

Emily does an amazing job at creating a safe environment in her retreats where people feel really supported and encouraged by one another. I have found that simply by talking about our relationship with food openly is incredibly healing on a spiritual level.
